爸爸，看到这里你知道我想说什么了吗?吸烟有害健康这是人人都耳熟能详的话。烟，以前是一个叫鸦片的东西，烟里含有的毒素——尼古丁，会使胃肠黏膜的血管收缩，也令食欲减退，吸烟就是慢性中毒。一位科学家做过一个实验：每天吸十支以上烟的人，发病率是普通人的十倍，被破坏的细胞不能恢复正常，还会让骨骼、肺、脑等身体部位造成影响。

关于吸烟还有三个小常识：第一、饭后10分钟内吸一支烟等于平常吸十支烟;第二、睡觉前吸烟会影响睡眠;第三、生病时吸烟会令病情恶化、食欲不振。而这恰恰都是您的坏习惯。爸爸，你已经得了肠胃病，若还吸烟岂不是要像故事里的男子一样吗?

i have spared no efforts to overcome the difficulties and finally succeeded. in order to tell the slight difference between nasal sounds and non-nasals, i forced myself to speak mandarin everyday. whenever i started to speak english, i reminded myself the difference between “night” and “light”。 at first i felt it rather unnatural, but as i went on i was gradually accustomed to speaking in this way. as for my wretched memory, i gave up mechanical memorization and tried many other new ways. at last i found a most efficient way for me: memorizing english words by their stems and affixes. this is how i have overcome some difficulties in learning english.

the pool is spraying water, and a strand of water is coming out of the center of the pool, falling into the fish pond, splashing with water. a thin column of water spit out from the frog's mouth. they seemed to say "welcome, welcome!" the evening of the second day, we had to walk, i regret, really want to play one day, because there is so much fun......

after more than an hour's journey, we finally went home. though i am very tired, i think this may day is very happy.

二、句式多变

三、善用名人名言
